Did a good job before start the service? I requested to ROAD test then service provider gave me mechanic to ROAD test my complaint was front end noisy while sharp turning and go over the bump we could not find anything wrong at this time I was happy. Also, when my wife brought me to the Lexus service facility in her 2025 RX 350 to pick up my car, the service manager spent a considerable amount of time correcting a problem with her car's touch screen and navigation system involving connective issues.

I’ve been coming to this dealership for the past 7 years and have not been disappointed.
A generally good experience. Excellent service underwriters. Brad is whom we use most of time. Very timely service. Two suggestions : 1. Have more Lexus loaner cars available. 2. After sending wheels out to be refinished check air in tires. The two wheel not sent out had 35 lbs of air as is normal. The two wheels that were sent out had 41 lbs of pressure way over recommended amount. Only knew because car didn’t seem to ride right and checked it. Other than than that, excellent.

First time I went to Lexus Woodland Hills, everything went great. This time, my second visit, was different.
I called and made an appointment (9:00a) to repair a recall notification. On that day, I dropped off my SUV at approx 8:45am and was told by Service Advisor that it would take 1/2 a day. Said that rather than wait at dealership they would drive me home to wait and I accepted.

I initially worked with Robert Castillero, the Internet Manager, and had secured a deal for a 2025 Lexus RX 350 Premium Plus for $60,000 out the door. I was scheduled to finalize the deal on Sunday, but Robert wasn’t available, so I met with Kami Steppes, who was fantastic—friendly, professional, and even went on a test drive with me.

I have had very good experiences with the service but this time it took long time for just a simple alignment. The agent explained that they were behind and I understand that but it took 4 hours with no update. I called 3 times to finally could talk to somebody!! Still I am not the one give you 1 or 2 stars.
This dealership is very aggressive with text and phone calls even after I asked not to be contacted since I have purchased a car already from somewhere else. I came to the dealership after a call wit this location and to test drive a car, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told to come back since the car was in the shop Yet Carlos kept calling and texting from other phone numbers days and week after I kindly asked not to be contacted. This dealer is a joke and do not trust them with your information.

We walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect. We walked out 2-3 hours later with a very fair deal including a good value on the trade-in. We had to wait a day for the car to be transferred from another dealer. We got exactly the configuration we wanted. The salesperson was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Stay away from NIKOLAY OPARIN sales person specially if you russian speaking person. Because of his rude and disrespectful way he handle himself with me. He pushes you to stop by dealer to provide numbers. It’s 2024 and most dealers can negotiate over email/msgs. He cannot provide best deal, shop around for best deal. ps i got vehicle from another place at best out door price and excellent customer service that you expect from lexus brand 🙂 I believe management turns blind eye about him because he self few cars for them. He clearly explained the tire diagnostic procedure he performed which showed one tire was worn and unsafe to drive. I am helping a dear friend through health issues, this particular friend is a repeat customer at WH Lexus, she has leased several times before. Because she can't use the car enough, the battery has died, and Lexus Roadside (AAA) has come out to start the car. It doesn't last more than a couple of days, where the battery is dead. It is damaged from not being driven enough, it's a 2022 and only has 1K miles on it.
